How can I check my BowtiePoint balance and expiry date and use my BowtiePoint to redeem health services?

Please follow the steps below to check your BowtiePoint balance and expiry date:
  1. Log in to the online portal.
  2. Click “Health Services” → "BowtiePoint Details"
Please follow the steps below to see how to redeem services with BowtiePoint:
  1. Log in to the online portal.
  2. Click “Health Services” → "Redeem Services"
  3. Select your preferred service and click “Confirm and redeem”
  4. After reading all the service details and related terms and conditions, click "Confirm redemption"
  5. Upon successful redemption, you will see the related items in “Health Services” → "Experience Services".

  6. After redeeming the services, please contact Gleneagles Hong Kong Hospital to make an appointment, and indicate that you will be using "BowtiePoint" for the service.

When you arrive at Gleneagles Hong Kong Hospital or the clinic, you can log onto our website again with your mobile phone and present the redemption QR code to their staff to use the service.
