Can I check the annual claim balance on my policy?

Steps are as follows:

  1. Log in to the portal
  2. Click “My Protection” and choose the “In-force” policy

  3. Select the relevant policy and click “Policy Details”

  4. Click the "Benefit & Claim" section, and choose "Open all" in Benefit Items, then you can have a preview of the remaining balance of each benefit item of your plan
