How do I submit a claim?

Our claim system operates online! You may handle claims anywhere and anytime.

 

A. To submit Claims, follow 5 simple steps:

  1. Log into your customer portal
  2. Under 'Claims', choose the Insured person you would like to submit a claim for
  3. Choose the relevant 'Policy' for the claim and click 'Next'
  4. Fill in the relevant information and upload the necessary documents as per the instructions
  5. Submit the Claim Once the claim is approved, the compensation will be transferred to your designated bank account in 3 working days.

 

B. To get claim evaluations, follow below 4 steps before hospitalization:

  1. Log into your customer portal
  2. Select relevant policy and Insured person
  3. Click “Claims” > “Claim Assistance” > “Start evaluation”
  4. Upload the “Medical Expense Estimation Form” by your doctor, hospital or Bowtie You will get your claim evaluation from the customer portal in 3 working days.

 

C. To check the claim status, follow below 4 steps:

  1. Log into your customer portal
  2. Select relevant policy and click “Claims”
  3. Select “Claims Record”
  4. Select the relevant claims item

We also allow "Claim without login", you may claim for your family or friends with their policy number, name and your personal information!
