Error messages when applying BowtieGo

After entering the activation code,

If you see a pop-up message “The activation code is incorrect”:

Please double check if you have entered the correct activation code.

Or you may call / Whatsapp our CS team at 3008 8123 or email us at cs@bowtie.com.hk to check the validity of your activation code.

 

 

If you see a pop-up message “Username already exists”:

This is expected if you have already registered for BowtieGo or applied for any other Bowtie products.

You may log in directly to your Bowtie account.

 


If you see a pop-up message “This HKID has already been registered”:

One HKID number can only be registered for one BowtieGo account.

If you have never registered with your HKID before, please reach our customer service through our hotline / WhatsApp at 3008 8123 or email us at cs@bowtie.com.hk. Our CS team would look into the issue.
