Is there an expiry to my membership?

Can I upgrade / downgrade my BowtieGo membership plan?
Yes! If you are the contact or insurance holders of the BowtieGo membership, you may change, upgrade or downgrade the plans on the BowtieGo online portal by yourself.
Tips from Bowtie: Different services are available for different membership levels. You are suggested to go through the details before applying the changes to your plans. Once you made the changes, no further changes shall be made within 3 months.
You are strongly advised to make changes when your current plan is about to end this month. Your new plan will be in force once you confirm the plan changes, and you will be charged at the same time. However, the previously paid fee would not be refunded.
Follow below 4 steps to upgrade/ downgrade your BowtieGo membership.
- Log into BowtieGo online portal and choose the plan you would like to change
- Choose “Change service level” tab and click “Change service level”
- Choose the plan you want and click “Next”
- Confirm by clicking “I agree” and then, “Confirm”
If you are upgrading your plans, enter your credit card information and click “Confirm”. The monthly fee of the upgraded plan will be charged immediately. Even if the previous plan is still in force when you confirm to upgrade while the previously charged payment will not be returned.
For example, on 15 Feb 2021, you registered BowtieGo Standard (Insurance) plan with $50 per month (price is just for reference only, subject to actual quotation).
But on 28 Feb 2021, you upgrade the plan to BowtieGo Premium (Insurance) plan with $100 per month (price is just for reference only, subject to actual quotation)
You will be charged with $150 in total for Feb 2021 while the $50 monthly fee for BowtieGo Standard (Insurance) plan would not be refunded.
Can I terminate my BowtieGo membership program?
You may cancel the BowtieGo membership on the online portal by yourself any time.
Tips from Bowtie: Please consider wisely before you cancel the plan! Once the membership is cancelled, a 3-month waiting period will be activated, meaning you may not be able to register for other BowtieGo membership in this period.

Can I share my membership with my families and friends?
The membership could not be shared. However, you may register for them too. Bowtie offers a certain quota for each company/ entity. Please consult your company’s in-charge person for more details.
