How can I obtain the medical card I have to show when I visit a clinic?
BowtieGo does not have a physical medical card. Members can go to bowtiego.com, click “Retrieve BowtieGo member QR code” and enter your HKID number and mobile phone number to retrieve your QR code.
Can I manage my BowtieGo membership account settings online?
Only BowtieGo contact or insurance holders can manage the account settings like cancelling their membership.
