What can I do when a message “Username already exists” pops out?
This is expected if you have registered with BowtieGo or any other Bowtie products. You can click “log in” below to log in to your Bowtie account.
What can I do when a message “This HKID has already been registered” pops out?
Currently, one HKID can only register with one BowtieGo account. If you have never registered your HKID before, you may reach our customer service through our hotline at 3008 8123 or email us at cs@bowtie.com.hk or WhatsApp us, so our CS team could delete the HKID information in that existing account.
