How to use BowtieGo at the clinic?
Visit bowtiego.com. Fill in the required personal credentials and generate the member QR code. Show your member QR code to the staff at the clinic before and after your consultation.
The clinic staff claims that he/she does not know BowtieGo.

How can I continue my clinic registration when my QR code becomes invalid?
You can give the clinic staff your “consultation number” on the QR code (12 characters including letters and numbers) for them to input into the system instead of scanning the QR code.
The actual price is different from the one listed on the BowtieGo doctors’ list.
The pricing on the doctors’ list is just a reference, the actual price is always depends on the doctor’s diagnosis and subject to change. We suggest you check with the doctor when making a reservation or contact our customer service.
Why is the actual payment amount not half price of the full price?
BowtieGo only provides consultation fees as low as half of the price, and there is a chance that it does not include any medicine fees (Chinese medicine in the BowtieGo network includes two days or two packs of medicine). The actual charge depends on the doctor's diagnosis. It is recommended to understand the charges in advance when making an appointment.
How can the clinic staff help a patient to obtain their QR code when they have no internet access?
Clinic staff can ask the patient to visit https://app.bowtie.com.hk/outpatient/e-card/member using the clinic's computer and obtain their QR code.
I am not satisfied with the visit, I would like to make a complaint regarding the doctor/ the clinic.

Is there a limit to how many times I can visit a doctor in one day? Can I use the same QR code for multiple consultation within a day?
BowtieGo supports unlimited times of outpatient services. You can visit the same doctor multiple times within the same day. A new QR code is generated every time you log in, the same QR code cannot be used twice.
The clinic I visit claims that I am not eligible for the BowtieGo membership programme.
Please check your plan level in your BowtieGo account, where plan details are clearly stated in your account. If you encounter any difficulty, please contact Bowtie customer service team.
How do I pay after my consultation?
You can choose the payment method that the clinic accepts and suits you (cash, credit card, mobile payment, etc.).
