Coverage under Bowtie’s Corp Medical Insurance plans is available to all members (and their spouses, if applicable) of age 75 years or below:

• Age 65-75: 200% overage premium loading;
• Age 70-75: individual underwriting is required, insurability subject to underwriting result.

Children must be 15 days old to 25 years old to be covered. A child between the age of 18 and 25 must be a full-time student with valid proof accepted by us.
