On the 19th October 2021, Bowtie successfully closed the Series B1 financing round led by Mitsui & Co., Ltd., with participation from the existing investor Sun Life Hong Kong Limited.

Bowtie raised up to 176 million Hong Kong dollars (roughly 22.6 million US dollars) from the Series B1 financing.
