To complete the identity verification process, you must allow your browser to have camera access on your mobile device.
If you cannot enable camera access, please refer to the following sections.
iOS
Safari
- Select aA in the address bar as shown in the following image
- Select Website Settings
- Tap on Camera and select Allow
- Return to your browser by clicking on refresh to continue with the identity verification process
Via system Settings
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Go to Privacy & Security > Camera
- Scroll down and find the browser you are using (e.g Chrome, Mozilla Firefox). If the camera access is disabled, toggle the switch to enable it
- Return to your browser by clicking on refresh to continue with the identity verification process
Android
Via system Settings
- Look for the browser you are using (e.g. Chrome, Firefox). Hold on the app to display a list of options and select App Info
- Tap on Permissions and then find the Camera permission
- Select Ask every time to enable access
- Return to your browser by clicking on refresh and be sure to select Allow when prompted to enable camera

Via system Settings
- Tap on the icon next to the URL on your browser
- Select Permissions
- Ensure your Camera is toggled on to unblock access
- Return to your browser by clicking on refresh and be sure to select Allow when prompted to enable camera
