Existing Bowtie Life Insurance policyholders can also apply for the ‘Last Wish Rider’ through a simple underwriting process on Bowtie’s website.

It's important to note that the Last Wish Rider will be terminated if the associated Bowtie Life Insurance policy is canceled or expires.
