To change your phone number and Hong Kong address:

1. Click here to log in to the online platform
2. Go to "Account Settings" to make changes

To change your login email address:

Please send your request to cs@bowtie.com.hk

To change your address to an overseas address:

Please send the following information to cs@bowtie.com.hk

• Overseas residential address
• Overseas phone number
• Date of departure from Hong Kong
• Reason for leaving Hong Kong (Permanent* / Non-permanent**)

*Permanent: The insured person has obtained permanent residency in the local area

**Non-permanent: The insured person is living overseas for a period of time, such as for work or study, without permanent residency
