The cooling-off period is after the policy becomes effective, during which the policyholder can cancel the policy and receive a refund of all premiums paid, including premium levies.
 
Customers will enjoy a 21-day cooling-off period starting from the policy approval date. You can carefully consider whether the coverage meets their needs during this time. If you decide to cancel the policy, the policyholder can receive a full refund of premiums and premium levies.
 
To cancel the policy during the cooling-off period, the policyholder needs to:

• Log into Bowtie's online portal and select "Cancel Policy".
• If no claims have been made or are processed during this period, you will receive a full refund of paid premiums and premium levies.

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to policy renewals. If you cancel the policy after the cooling-off period, premiums will not be refunded.
