Can family members or policyholders apply for the pre-approval service on behalf of the insured person?

  • Updated 17 December 2024 12:47

Family members or policyholders can download the pre-approval claims form on behalf of the insured person and have it filled out by the doctor, then email it to claim@bowtie.com.hk to apply.

If the insured person is a minor or unable to sign the pre-approval claims form due to circumstances, their family members or guardians can sign and submit the application on their behalf.
