What should I pay attention to when being admitted to the hospital after applying for pre-approval?

  • Updated 12 August 2024 10:12

Before being admitted to the hospital, you need to ensure that your pre-approval has been confirmed. You can check the application progress on the ‘Claims Homepage’ in your Bowtie personal online platform.

When registering at the hospital, you need to present your identification document to the hospital for verification and inform them that you have received pre-approval.
