If you have ‘Bowtie Critical Illness Insurance’, the coverage will end immediately after the claim is paid and you will not need to pay any more premiums.
However, if you have ’Bowtie Multiple Cover Critical Illness Insurance‘ or “Bowtie Early Stage and Multiple Cover Critical Illness Insurance”, even if you have made a claim, the coverage will remain in effect.
As long as you continue to pay the premiums, the policy will be automatically renewed every year until the insured person reaches the age of 85, and the claims record will never affect the premium adjustment.

Important Notes💡
1. "Early Stage Critical Illness" and "Multiple Cover" benefits will automatically end on the earlier of the insured's 85th birthday or the next policy anniversary, and can be converted to 'Bowtie Critical Illness Insurance'.
2. We will notify the policyholder of the arrangement via Bowtie platform message, email or SMS on the insured's 85th birthday. If the policyholder wishes to continue the coverage, simply confirm the renewal and the 'Bowtie Critical Illness Insurance' policy will be automatically renewed until the insured reaches the age of 100 or until you terminate the policy or it will be automatically terminated after a claim is made under the "Major Critical Illness Benefit".
