If you have received an Early Stage Critical Illness benefit under Bowtie Early Stage and Multiple Cover Critical Illness Insurance, which is 20% of the sum insured, and you are diagnosed with a critical illness after the 2-year waiting period, you will receive a one-time lump sum payment equal to 100% of the sum assured.
However, if you have received an Early Stage Critical Illness benefit and are diagnosed with a critical illness within the 2-year waiting period, you will only receive a one-time lump sum payment equal to 80% of the sum assured.
