If the insured person is seriously ill, can someone else help with the claim application?

An authorized relative can handle the claim application. As an authorized relative, you can file a claim using Bowtie's guest claim form, by calling 3001 5670, or by emailing claim@bowtie.com.hk. One of our Claims Specialists will contact you directly to follow up on your claim and guide you through the required documents.
