How do I submit the birth certificate after the baby is born? By when must it be submitted?

Please submit the birth certificate and other information at least 14 days before the first policy anniversary:

  1. Log in to the online platform
  2. Under "Coverage", select "Policies and Plans", then choose the relevant policy
  3. In the policy details, under "Insured Person", select "Submit Birth Certificate"
  4. Fill out the form with your child's name, gender, date of birth and nationality and upload the birth certificate

We will check the information and documents submitted. Once confirmed, you will receive an email notification, and all baby-related information will be displayed under the insured person.

Note: Ensuring that the information in the form is correct and that the uploaded birth certificate image is clear and in color can speed up the process.
