Error messages when activation BowtieVision

Error message displayed after entering the policy number, date of birth and HKID number at the plan activation link:

MemberPolicyDoesNotExist

Please double check with your in house HR if you have got the correct policy number. Or, you may call/ Whatsapp our CS team at 3008 8123 or email us at cs@bowtie.com.hk to check the validity of your policy number.

InvalidFactor

This is expected if the policy has lasped or your have inputted the incorrect HKID or date of birth. You may check with your in house HR and/or reinput the correct HKID or date of birth.

PolicyRedeemed

This is expected if you have activated your BowtieVision membership before. Please log in to the customer portal to use the service.

UnableToRedeem

This may arise if this is a dependent (spouse/child) policy, or there are multiple policies found for a particular HKID/DOB. You may reinput the correct policy number, HKID, and/or date of birth.
