How do I submit a claim?

You can submit a claim application anytime, anywhere online.

Claim Process

  1. Click here to log in to the online portal.
  2. Select ‘Claim’, then select the insured person for whom you want to make a claim.
  3. Select the relevant policy, and then click ‘Next’.
  4. Answer a few simple questions and upload the required documents as instructed.
  5. Submit the claim application.
  6. Once the claim is approved, the claim amount will be transferred to your designated bank account within 3 business days.

Tips: For claims related to hospitalization or day surgery treatment expenses, you will need to upload the following documents:

  • Medical claim application form completed by the attending physician (waived if the treatment is received at a public hospital)
  • Medical receipts
  • Other relevant documents, such as discharge summaries, referral letters, and examination reports (if applicable)

Submitting a Pre-approval (Cashless Hospitalization) Application

  1. Click here to log in to the online portal.
  2. Select ‘Claim’ → ‘Pre-approval Service’ → ‘Start Application’, and click ‘I Agree’ after reading the terms and conditions.
  3. Select the insured person and the policy for whom you are applying.
  4. Answer a few simple questions and upload the pre-approval form and related documents as instructed.
  5. Submit the pre-approval application.
  6. After submitting the application, we will notify you of the approval result via email and SMS within 5 working days, and issue a ‘Guarantee of Payment’ to the hospital.

Estimating Claim Amount Before Hospitalization or Treatment

  1. Click here to log in to the online portal.
  2. Select ‘Claim’, and then select the relevant insured person and policy.
  3. Upload the Medical Expense Estimation Form.
  4. Submit the estimation.
  5. We will notify you of the estimated claim amount via email within 4-6 working days.

Checking Claim Progress or Uploading Supplementary Documents

  1. Click here to log in to the online portal.
  2. Select ‘Claim’.
  3. In ‘Latest Claims’, click on the claim application you want to check to view its progress.
  4. If you need to submit additional documents, click ‘Submit Supplementary Documents’ at the bottom of the page, and then follow the instructions to upload.

Tips: While our claim system is fully online, our claims specialists, nurses, and customer service team are also happy to assist you! We also offer a "No Login Claim" service, where you can easily file a claim for your loved ones and friends by simply entering the policy number, policyholder's name, and your personal information.
