How do I submit a claim?

You can submit a claim application anytime, anywhere online.

5-Step Claim Process

  1. Click here to log in to the online platform
  2. Select ‘Claim’, and choose the insured person who needs to file a claim
  3. Select the corresponding policy, then click ‘Next’
  4. Answer a few simple questions and upload the required documents as instructed
  5. Submit the claim application
  6. Once the claim is approved, the claim amount will be transferred to your designated bank account within 3 business days.

Pre-Hospitalization Claim Assessment

  1. Click here to log in to the online platform
  2. Select ‘Claim’, and choose the insured person who needs to file a claim
  3. Select the corresponding policy, then click ‘Next’
  4. Answer a few simple questions and upload the required documents as instructed
  5. Submit the claim application

Check Claim Status

  1. Click here to log in to the online platform
  2. Select the policy you applied for a claim, then click ‘Claim’
  3. Click ‘Claim Records’
  4. Select the claim application you want to check

We have also set up a 'No Login Claim' feature, where you can easily file a claim for your loved ones and friends by simply entering the policy number, policyholder's name, and your personal information.
