What if I've lost the original receipts?

  • Updated 05 August 2024 09:56

Normally, you need to prepare the original receipts for your claim application. However, if you have lost the receipts, you can request a certified true copy of the receipt from the hospital or doctor. Along with the explanation for the lost receipt, you can then upload the certified copy to the Bowtie online platform for special approval.
